Pros

Good colleagues (mid and entry level )

Cons

They will push you out whenever it suits them. No loyalty or appreciation for good work. Reviews/promotion/salary increases are a joke--they write what they need to justify predetermined outcomes.

Hi there – We’re sorry that you did not have a positive experience, but we want to make it clear that we highly value loyalty, appreciate hard work, and make recognizing both of those a priority. Our most important asset is our people. When employees join our team, we embrace their talents and empower them to thrive, while giving them access to learn, grow, and lead. We have numerous peer- and company-led recognition programs such as our LOCA awards and Logical Values Award. Also, we are persistently working on elevating more women and underrepresented groups into leadership roles. Our leadership development cohort for 2019 was split 50% men and 50% women, providing equal opportunity for advancement. Our Women’s group also put on a 7-week Accelerated Bootcamp this past winter which was open to all employees (in person and virtual) and was focused on controlling career trajectory and success. For 2020, we are continuing to focus on these initiatives. If you have any more questions or feedback please reach out to HR@Logic2020.com. Thank you!

Pros

Excellent work culture. Plenty of smart people. Good client roster and getting better. Management is incredibly supportive of self-initiative, new ideas, and your career development. Hard work gets the appropriate kudos and attention. Come with your A-game and you will get noticed.

Cons

Can be a bit difficult to assimilate into the head office culture, depending on your assignment. Definitely takes effort to remain "visible" at times. Prepare to devote an hour or two a week on average to put in face time at events if you're serious about your development. Depending on your personality, this could be a real burden.
