Pros

Good colleagues (mid and entry level )

Cons

They will push you out whenever it suits them. No loyalty or appreciation for good work. Reviews/promotion/salary increases are a joke--they write what they need to justify predetermined outcomes.

Hi there – We’re sorry that you did not have a positive experience, but we want to make it clear that we highly value loyalty, appreciate hard work, and make recognizing both of those a priority. Our most important asset is our people. When employees join our team, we embrace their talents and empower them to thrive, while giving them access to learn, grow, and lead. We have numerous peer- and company-led recognition programs such as our LOCA awards and Logical Values Award. Also, we are persistently working on elevating more women and underrepresented groups into leadership roles. Our leadership development cohort for 2019 was split 50% men and 50% women, providing equal opportunity for advancement. Our Women’s group also put on a 7-week Accelerated Bootcamp this past winter which was open to all employees (in person and virtual) and was focused on controlling career trajectory and success. For 2020, we are continuing to focus on these initiatives. If you have any more questions or feedback please reach out to HR@Logic2020.com. Thank you!

Pros

Benefits, pay and time-off for full time associates was really good.

Cons

Once an assignment was over; they had a hard time finding me the next one and this was decided by a group of people who didnt really make an effort to know what your skillset and interests were and there was no transparency of what opportunities were available and having you apply for them.

Thank you for your thoughtful comments. You’re right that it’s difficult sometimes to find the right new project opportunity for our consultants when an assignment ends. So much depends on the nature of the consulting projects that are underway or that our clients are requesting at that time. And it’s also true that we don’t publish a list of ongoing or upcoming projects for a variety of reasons. But please be assured that there is a large team of people meeting several times a week specifically for the purpose of assigning the right people to every project in our portfolio, including those that are upcoming but not yet contracted. That group uses multiple sources of information about our consultants as they seek to fill those assignments, including their own knowledge of our consultants and their skills; feedback from project managers, career managers, and clients; and the information contained in the consultant profiles each of our employees maintains. I’m sorry that we couldn’t find a new assignment in your case. We’ll take a look at our internal communication process regarding our project portfolio and see if there’s some way we can add transparency and clarity to those opportunities.

Poor Leadership, Dead End Job

Pros

The worker-bee level positions are some of the smartest and nicest people to work with. Events are engaging, fun, collaborative. Good collab for remote work. Hubs in US are growing. Good values.

Cons

Leadership is poor. There are 4 C Suite people that bicker and fight amongst themselves. They and other leaders are good in practice, but bad at leading people. They shout from the rooftops at what employees should/shouldn't do and then complain whenever a task takes longer than reasonable. Attrition rate is HIGH because of one leader especially. Good people don't stick around. For a tech org, Logic20/20 operates like the 1990s. Old ways, old tech, old platform. Inefficient at best. Benefits are decent. 401k match is 1% which sucks compared to industry standards. The match is not paid until the next year and is not guaranteed if you leave. Every day is a fire drill based on what the C Suite feels priority is. Constant stress. Employees don't get acknowledged for good work or project completion. Always onto the next task. Fear based leadership = micromanaging. Careful with this. Seems innocent at first but it's not worth being apart of. They push surveys and goals to increase survey scores. Maybe look at the real problems and address them rather than force high ratings. When people leave, might or might not get severance or pto time. Subjective. Depends if leaders like them or not.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Logic20/20 – we value honest feedback from our community. We’re always working to improve employee experience through career opportunities, evolving benefits, and improved systems and look to our teams to guide where we focus investments (sorry about all the surveys, but we do hope our employees keep taking them). In 2024 we’re focused on: • Changing benefits to provide better family medical coverage, parental leave, and 401(k) match. • Planning for and investing in infrastructure that will improve employee experience and help us scale • Employee programs like increased training and an audit of committees to make sure we’re serving our distributed teams. If you have additional feedback to share, we’d love to hear from you, anonymously or not.
