You will likely have a Team Lead, Manager, Professional Development Coach, and HR to bring concerns to. - Work life balance is promoted both through the hybrid schedule but also hours of operation.

Management will help you achieve your goals. Company likes to promote from within whenever possible. Team members are great and love what they do. Everyone is willing to help when there's an issue.

Cons

Low pay for the work you do. Workloads could be very heavy. No diversity and inclusion training for employees (unless you were management)
