Pros

Work/life balance, great team, supportive and approachable leadership, encouraged to bring ideas to the table.

Cons

Like any company, there are challenges—but honestly, my biggest hurdle is my own impatience when it comes to quick fixes. I’m learning to lean into the process and trust the long game.

Providers deserve more Respect than this place can offer

Salary and PTO is reasonable

Cons

Work life balance is terrible. Nurses are not utilized as much as they could be. Provider carries the weight on their shoulders. Micromanaging if your provider duties. Managers thinking you shouldn’t call 911 for an acute chest pain, want you to try and avoid patients going to hospital. Longevity cares about the money way more than patients.
