Pros

- The team - everyone is passionate and we truly do embrace the weird in each other. - Remote flexibility - The product is something I believe in, we're actually changing communication for the better, and it's not just a marketing line we need to peddle. - Things move fast. No stagnant hierarchy/bureaucracy which blocks change. - Our co-founders are kind and quirky, and leaders I respect and admire

Cons

- Rapid growth can have growing pains, process can slip at times but everything is done with the best intentions.

Cons

-With a split remote / in-office environment, there will always be room to improve on communication
