They pay on time, benefits are decent. Can be rewarding at times. Many work locations throughout LA county. Overtime is plenty.

Cons

Management has a tendency to be incompetent and so disconnected from what happens out on the system, verbal and sometimes physical abuse. Borderline traumatic experiences.

Job stability. There always work to be done. Plenty of hours if you need them ( once you’re full time )

Cons

Starting Pay is low. Raises are based off of a contract. 1 year + to actually get full time along with benefits. Customers not so friendly.
