Trouble holding on to quality talent, but horrible staff members are tolerated and even promoted

Non-profits don't pay as much as for-profits
Very flexible hours and a very collaborative environment. Consistent work with regards to assisting faculty and students with various video and multimedia projects.
Cons
My timesheet's aren't always turned in on time, which effects my 2 week pay, at times only getting paid for one week at certain pay periods.
