Fun, upbeat atmosphere. Excellent friends and team members. Financial visibility. Full and unwavering support from Upper Management. Constantly coming up with new ways to grow and improve our business. Someone is always available if you need help, or just to talk. Weekly one-on-one talks with the CEO (who is Nancy Shalek BTW, not Shawn Nelson) Flexible schedule Excellent work/life policies

Cons

Constant change is hard, but you gotta progress to grow. HQ closed on the weekends.

Pay scale is decent for retail, the products are well made (although plenty of competitors are out there doing the same thing).

Cons

Training and on-hands support borders on laughable, instead they attempt to indoctrinate employees into being what they call 'SACers', and it works on the young and impressionable who have no other work or life experience and are trying to be a part of something 'cool'.

The furniture is great, the majority of people I know who work for the company are genuine and want to see the very best results come out in building a strong foundation for growth.

Cons

Needs more organization and better training of staff.
