laid back, chill environment - you get to sell stuff that has value... and the value sells itself - all you have to do is be the person to relay the value in your own way.

Cons

Small teams can sometimes be challenging, especially if not everyone likes each other -- and then you're the new person who stays neutral as the people pleaser or feel pressured to pick a side. Totally circumstantial though..

Large Pay....but not worth the stress

Cons

Always lied too and the hidden political backstabbing that so called "Family Members" will do is pathetic to stay in the game. In this job the statement "Keep your friends close and enemies closer" is a statement to live by.
