Great Company to Get Behind and Work For

Pros

Room for growth, Work Hard and Get Rewarded, Good Discount on items, staff and senior management are fun and laid back, great environment to work in

Cons

Poor work/life balance (similar to other retail jobs). still growing as a company and makes changes often to pricing and options to customers

Pros

-Fun work Environment - cool and innovative products - fun company atmosphere - Founder of company is an inspirational person and has a lot of passion, good person to work for.

Cons

- Regional management was terrible. At the time they had an executive from Best Buy that was a typical senior manager, took credit for things he didn't do etc. - Corporate needs to find a better way to communicate with it's stores - The stores can become very disorganized. Before I worked there they had no idea how much of a certain product was in stock. - Local store managers often took advantage of system - compensation was a little lower then most retail settings
