Pros

I worked really close to the food court so I wouldn't have to walk too far to get a burger.

Cons

Let's start off by saying that Lovesac is ran by a bunch of under qualified hacks. I wouldn't trust half those people to manage a Forever21, let alone a company with ~300 employees. I worked here while I was in business school. This was a great lesson for me because I was able to witness classic examples of how NOT to run a company. Red 3 quarters in a row? EXPAND! Jumbled and unorganized delivery system? PROMISE 2 DAY SHIPPING! Staple product not quite what you promise customers? NEVER HONOR WARRANTY! My favorite part about this company is that it asked employees to tell potential customers that Lovesac was the "fastest growing furniture company in the US", inferring that they were staying around forever. I give the company 2 more years- and the customers' couches 3. No HR department by the way.

Pros

Employee discount. No other pros exist! The best thing about the company is the product. There aren't any favorable benefits to the employee beyond having a job.

Cons

So many: 0 work life balance due to under staffing. Store leaders will schedule their days off around their needs but won't do the same for the staff. 0 training. Over worked and taken advantage of. Almost 0 incentive to sale a 3000.00 couch. Labor laws violated daily in regards to breaks. Every promise made at hiring will be broken

Pros

The product is great. Coworkers are great, not counting management.

Cons

Upper management and certain teams have a better experience than entry and mid level employees. The sarcasm that comes from some higher level employees is astounding. The HR Management, people that are supposed to be there for you, to hear your concerns, is are so unapproachable that you have to ask around to see what their moods are like that day. Sound travels greatly, so many conversations are overheard. The HR people, other than the manager are out in the open for anyone to hear a conversation, or to peer onto the papers on their desks. Some people only see sunshine and rainbows, because they are in the right department or are higher up the food chain. The employees leave HQ as fast as they come in. If they know what is good for their career they leave quick, and don't look back. The Creative Team left one by one and is now a brand new team, good luck to them. Accounting is mainly all new, IT as well. I could keep going but I won't.
