Pros

Good step stool to business customer service. They get you license and pay for training benefits after 90 days probation.

Cons

If you don't kiss to upper management or area manger or the Calofornia director you will be over looked. Managers are overworked bad management pointless meeting always repetitive never fully staffed n too much pressure when we don't have staff to get monthly and quarterly goals. Worked all day 9 am to 8pm if u don't sell guess what ur staying calling out for the day is like pulling teeth out they ask for some many paperwork for one day HR in LA is a joke not professional too much gossip and not getting work done. All other managers are looking to see what they see wrong in you to backstab you so they could look good. Also they promise raises that never happens. They expect you to do all these manager, csr ,hr , and vehicle estimates with No raise .

Pros

You gain experience. Then you will leave the company for better pay.

Cons

I worked at the Fred Loya Insurance - Corporate Office in El Paso TX. And this is what I have to say. First, your pay is nowhere near as competitive as other insurance corporate offices, like Progressive and AllState. Second, you will be over worked, and underpaid. As for me, I was switched from one job/task to another every six months without a promotion nor increase in pay. The company called it a lateral transfer, even though the company gave you more responsibilities, less the financial compensation.
