No Training Programs for new hires

Pros

Everyone is very supportive as they remember how they had to train themselves on the job.

Cons

New hires are responsible for OJT without anyone training them. Too many computer software systems make navigation difficult at best. Left to own device as to how to learn the software and processes involved in negotiating and settling claims.
