Pros

Easy career once you get a hang of it. Decent pay for management. Opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Too many duties that take away focus of your main objective which is sales. Sales managers are not only required to run their offices, but check claims, write estimates on vehicles, underwrite policies, etc. Promises made for pay raises are not honored. Bonuses for sales is based off of claims paid out as well.
