Pros

Bonus you make what you put your own potential to the company. Can grow with the company if you show the number. People can talk all they want but the numbers says everything. It is not hard to bonus at Fred Loya but the individual C.S.R does need to carry his or her own weight and for who ever said they need 10 to 12 apps with those number an office will never grow 14 is bare minimum and that is even low. 40 for the office divided by usually 3 people the manager, and the two other csr. I'ts a great company and management is realistic not compassionate its good to have this sort of management or else you get a bunch bratty kids not knowing where to start with the office and Fred Loya builds you as a manager so you can grow with the company. For my experience with FLI has been great and my office is ready to hit all our marks for the 4 dollar bonus.

Cons

>the claim department needs to get cleaned out and filtered out but one thing to remember people unfortunately there is a lot of fraud being committed everyday so this does not help<

Pros

- Has better pay in comparison to other call centers. - Call volume is fair. - Sales bonus compensation is acceptable. - Turnover is not as bad as with similar positions.

Cons

- Management does not know how to properly address people. - You will be severally embarrased in front of other members of management or other CSRS. - If you try to contest the manager's opinion, you will be constantly harrased up to the point that you will end up quitting or just not show up anymore.

Pros

Really good pay, Chance to grow with the company and Rapidly expanding and creating new sub divisions

Cons

Management is not understanding of personal time off, they expect you to bend over backwards for them. Some managers will request a CSR to work split shifts so management can leave early. If you refuse they hold a grudge against you. Also alot of really pretty females work there and some how become managers of offices after only being employed for 3 months. There's lots of confusion over how procedures should be implemented for this very reason. Also if you upset your manager he/she can request you to be transferred most likely you will be going somewhere far in hopes you will quit
