lots of time off paid benefits the people are excellent and enjoy what they do

Cons

Company just laid off a second round of people most of it was their development staff. We did all the work and will move development overseas. Steer clear!

Teammates are often friendly. Your experience will vary depending on what team you are on, but some teams have excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Leadership doesn't have relevant experience scaling healthcare products and it shows. Leadership also doesn't communicate anything tangible or specific about strategy, vision, or our financial stability, leading to very poor morale across the teams in the thick of the work.
