The company cares about their employees Management is very supportive, transparent, and cares about the team People are great. Leadership demonstrates transparency.

Cons

As with any start-up, things are still a bit unorganized and being figured out as they go.

Pros

Loyal is a startup, which means that there are going to be some standard startup "issues", but it's been a great place to work and the company has worked hard to make sure that people feel supported in the chaos that is 2020/2021.

Cons

If you're someone who needs processes to be crystal clear and who doesn't like ambiguity, you probably won't like working at a startup.
