Pros

Tenured staff that are loyal to you. don't buy into their score they asked managers and staff a year ago to due surveys on here to better their score.

Cons

Everything is fly by day due to too many people trying to be in charge. Promotions are never merit based it's based on the good ol' boy system. I've heard of people being denied promotions due to their age. As in your to young to hold a position of responsibility like manager or area leader. They say 52 hr work week when they hire you but area leaders will go behind GM's and change it to a 58-62hr week. Thanksgiving and Christmas are close to 70+.

Always understaffed leading to personnel doing multiple jobs at the same time. District management is causing low morale and loss of personnel.

Pros

Here at Lubys you get plenty of hours and some food service experience if you stick around long enough.

Cons

They will overwork you. Management doesn't care about you or your best interest, will talk about you around others and can be hostile at times. No chance of moving up. Lacking on organization, no training happens, employees are just thrown in for the most part.
