Great discount and great customers. The company has super great potential. Fun environment and great jeans. Would be willing to move up.

Cons

Not enough recognition in efforts made. Would be willing to move up if upper management didn't put so much on store managers shoulders. They expect us to complete a million different documents and send even more e-mails to other stores. And the District manager needs a serious reality check. He gets threatened when people stand up for themselves and then he makes their lives a living hell.

Pros

Great discount (60%) on great clothes. Including a "Wear to Work" discount which includes select items that you get for 75% off. Not a very stressful or demanding environment.

Cons

Dress code. Company claims to be influenced by rock and roll but will make you cover tattoos and take out piercings, not allowed to wear shorts or anything that shows your shoulders, must layer clothing. Catty people reading into things that mean nothing. Co-workers constantly "ratting" eachother out to boss for little things, and talking badly of one another. Disrespect and disregard. Not good or competitive pay or treatment of employees for the high-end industry they are trying to be a part of.
