      Pros

      They are a German company, good and bad.Career development is somewhat sporadic, good place to start your work life.

      Cons

      Disorganized management and no clear strategy, bad work-life balance. Low pay. Like to hire international graduates because they pay them half. They don't like to pay much and rarely give raises.

      Great experience on aircraft Maintenance and brand new facility based on Puerto Rico Training and recurrent training is Provided good teamwork.

      Cons

      No Flight benefits and the company does not provide the same benefits that they have in Europe. There is no second shift.
