Good company to work for, although you spend a lot of time on the edge of your seat waiting for the next round of redundancies

Cons

Zero movement on salary, despite performance - you need to be the manager's 'buddy' to get any possibility of advancing in your career

Great work life balance, not high pressure generally speaking

Cons

No annual raises, benefits are mediocre (4% 401k match if you put in 6% vs everyone else in the industry matching 6% for example). Also, highly sales focused org, to the detriment of operations.
