1. No vision with the managers either at Bangalore and especially in Noida. 2. Absolutely no promotion based on performance. In Noida it is even worse. 3.There are people who are still at the level of Software Engineers at 7 years of experience or even more. 4.No growth plan for an employee. 5.Management does not walk the talk. All high talks and zero delivery. 6. A great career destroyer. If you want to retire at the same level at which you join the company , u r most welcome. 7. If you joined as an SE or an SSE in Testing or even in Dev, you will not have any vision even after 7-8 years of service regarding why you are not being promoted. 8.If you join as a Technical Lead and are not ambitious then stay for long. 9.If you are ambitious and want career growth, then PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. You will ruin your career prospects. 10. Highly useless, absolutely non technical people at the lead level , PL level and Project management level barring few who are good.

Has been reducing bonuses, and cancelled their Christmas bonus for employees 2 days after it was supposed to hit via a mass email to employees a week before Christmas, as one example of changes and failures to communicate changes that should be communicated far in advance, that employees count on as pay.
