New CEO and senior leadership staff, with vision and focus - but they need to execute! Great co-workers, across the country

Cons

Sell-off of international presence (LATAM, EMEA) Stock price (and consistent refusal to restart ESPP or offer stock grants as part of comp plan) Minimal career growth opptys for remote workers

Pros

The work is simple. Work/Life Balance is good. Some great managers.

Cons

Politics over anything else. Beware of bad manager - they micromanage and need their ego stroked vs letting good people lead. You won't get a raise for many many years. Outside of traditional circuits, products get screwy. Cyber products other than DDOS are a mess
