Pros

Decent benefits, but the company announced NO RAISES for the future. Who works at a company who promises you nothing but more work and not future growth?

Cons

CenturyLink can rebrand all they want, but the company has been floundering for years. Renaming the company was a bad move. People are fleeing this sinking ship by the thousands for better pay and some stability
