      Bagel Friday, stock price which is due to the telecom consolidation and projected Apple design wins

      Cons

      Make sure you are friends with upper management else you will be included in quarterly RIFs. Turnover in Finance and IT is atrocious. Touted as the new Lumentum but realy the old JDSU.

      There are some dedicated people working for this company and I really liked working with them

      Cons

      The senior executives drive a culture that they themselves don’t follow. They set unrealistic goals, have no idea of what is really going on several levels below them. I would never recommend this place to anyone that I know.
