Highly toxic work environment

It was a job that did pay some money

Cons

- clueless management - management used manipulation techniques constantly on employees - low pay - decision makers are too old to understand the tech - lots of gas lighting - they’re in the hole financially - bad reputation in industry - 4 CEOs in 3 years - high turn over - using waterfall (like I said they’re old)

We will have to respectfully disagree with you as we have so many exciting things happening right now with our company: multiple rounds of M&A activity, new product launch, rebrand of the company, creating new roles, and our turnover is averaging 3% per quarter (currently on track for 12% for 2024 - the average US turnover is at 17% annually). Our CEO has been with us almost 4 years and is leading and driving our mission to Help Pharmacies Help People. We are excited about our bright future and the mission of our Company. The office was nice, coworkers were nice, and in a good area

Cons

Does not listen to their teams, despite repeated complaints about a manager, not only did nothing change, but what was worse was this person got promoted despite never caring about his team. Leadership is 95% white men which speaks to the diversity of employees as well as mind set. Sets unrealistic expectations that drive employees away due to stress. Do not recommend working here

Thank you for writing a review. We regret that you did not have a positive experience. Seems some of the data cited in the review is not accurate for at least the last couple of years (perhaps you left prior to that). As an example, our Leadership Team consists of 45% of various races (non-white) and/or females, and 1 in 3 of our Team Members identifies as Underrepresented Groups (URGs) for race/ethnicity. We do not consider race/ethnicity/gender in our hiring process but we are proud that we have achieved organic diversity due to hiring the best fit for the job. Promotions are based on performance and we do our best to promote from within whenever possible. Thank you again for the review!
