      Pros

      I've worked for Lumos for 4 years and right now is an exciting time for the company! We have overcome obstacles and our future is looking very bright. We've acquired a few other companies and have grown our footprint. I look forward to seeing what accomplish in the coming years. Lumos has an excellent work environment and I feel that my work/life balance is the best it's ever been. I would highly recommend Lumos to any job seeker!

      Cons

      I don't know that their is a perfect company to work for but Lumos comes pretty close. I can't think of any cons that would contribute to a negative work experience. Sometimes it can be a little frustrating that outside of the corporation locations, career growth can seem unattainable. It's there but just may take a little longer than one might like.

      As Usual Do Nothing Management Posts Glowing Reviews For Themselves

      Pros

      Good place to work until some idiot promoted a know nothing manager to another position that he has no clue about. How can someone with no knowledge of outside plant workings come in and terminate people,be shown why there was an honest mistake made and still not fix there mistake. Thank goodness for Karma.

      Cons

      As you read these reviews you can see that the workers tell there side and the kiss up managers like *** ***** post great reviews to hide there do nothing actions.
