good family environment competitive salary collaboration is encouraged and valued excellent work life balance the team enjoys success and having fun casual work environment

Very friendly and most responsive team I have ever worked with. Everyone treats you with utmost respect. I would highly recommend this company.

-Lots of opportunities to grow and learn from people who have been in the recruiting business for many years. -Leadership is straight forward and very transparent. -Small company so everyone contributes and make an impact on the success of the business. -CEO is very open and runs the business with a lot of integrity

Cons

Benefits aren't as amazing as working for a large corporation, but for a small business they're definitely very competitive.
