Pros

Family oriented, open door policy up to including CEO, care about employees, great opportunity for junior Recruiters to learn from some in the best in the business, CEO with a big heart and will do whatever she can to help you succeed. BEST company I ever worked for had to leave for personal reason or I would still be working there. I would recommend this company in a minute, High marks with me.

Cons

Smaller company that cannot offer everything a large corporation does but that can be a Pro as well. No remote policy

Pros

I've never worked for a company that put such dedication to the company and the team. As exaggerated as that may sound, I feel like if I wasn't there my contribution would be missed. I really enjoy working here, and it's so refreshing to have coworkers also take a lot of pride in their work. I know I'm working with a cohesive team that prioritizes quality and integrity first.

Cons

Sometimes the traffic can be a pain on Koenig.
