-Close knit environment -Open door policy with management -Competitive Salary -Casual Dress -Good work/life balance -Decent commission structure -Good core values and company mission -Ability to learn as much as you want -Friendly and helpful team

Cons

-Minimal medical insurance options and high premiums -No Dental or Vision insurance offered -No 401k or retirement investment opportunities -Minimal PTO -No sick time offered, must pull from general PTO hours

Pros

It feels like a family and every person is treated with the utmost respect. Each member of the team works together for the success of the team not just their individual success. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Great work/life balance, company celebrations, team collaboration. Management has an open door policy.

Cons

I don't feel that there are any cons to mention. Overall a great place to work.

Pros

No drama here! Everyone is treated with respect. It is a fun-loving environment with plenty of opportunity to really get to know the team including Breakfast Club on Fridays! The level of talent is high across both the recruiting and sales teams. We have access to a robust portfolio of sales & recruiting tools and a healthy marketing budget. The CEO is well-respected by her team and clients. She is fair, accessible and well-connected. She is a savvy business owner with high integrity.

Cons

No 401(k) - yet, but it is coming in 2018. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind.
