Pros

After working at Luna for over a year I can safely say that this has been one of the best places I have worked. This company is more like a family that cares about each one if its employees. They have a strong client base and consistently growing.

Cons

It would be nice to see some sort of 401K option.

Great team of professionals who truly get along well and work in cohesion. Very talented group of people and everyone is happy to share their knowledge and genuinely excited for other team member's successes. Good work-life balance and management is very receptive to each employee's feedback. Since it is a smaller firm, you really see how you make an impact which is nice.

Cons

PTO and benefits could be better.
