Cons

Restaurant industry is tough, working on your feet nonstop, there's always going to be some tough customers who will be rude when you work at a busy restaurant

Great oppertunity for advancement. They really recognize people with talent and encourage growth. Managers care about the people. Of course great food (best Texas - Mex ever) real team atmosphere. Real focus on training and safety. Great PPA = great tips.
