- Flexible scheduling, if you need time off, they may help you out - Food was good - well, great. - Discount in food - benefits in discounted prices. - Bartending pay good

Cons

- So unorganized when opening up new franchise - Worst management system I've ever seen. - Everyone in management is rude at specific locations. - Had to work 70 hours a week, students were having to too. - Got off at 1am most of the time when we closed at 9pm Had to come in every week at 8am for "weekly cleanings".... no one wants to do that, hire a cleaning staff.
