Pros

The kitchen is filled with snacks 10 bis sum worthy Salary above average People with whom it is pleasant to work Easy to get to work by public transport

Cons

Top management does not keep their promises and employees take the brunt Constant structural changes in the R&D department. Many talented programmers and managers from the middle and upper levels are leaving the company (product is slowly developing and trying to keep up with competitors instead of use own innovation) Fire employees based on superficial data. If you want to get a real picture of the company - read reviews with a lower rating

I am sorry you feel like this, we care very much about the well-being and happiness of our employees. I am not aware of any promises we have made and did not keep, and if that had happened, I can only apologize for that. This is definitely not something we do on purpose and hardly ever happens, to the best of my knowledge. I understand you are unhappy about this and sometimes that can paint everything negatively, but to be fully transparent, we have amazing people and super-talented developers and managers that stick with us in good times and in more difficult times, our attrition is one of the lowest in the industry and in employee satisfaction survey we took recently, we scored much higher than the benchmark, which makes me very proud. I know re-orgs are painful, even more so if you lost your job or if it has changed dramatically but now, 6 months after the fact, it made an amazing impact and we are much better and stronger than before. Pros

Centrally located at Azriele tower.

Cons

I left a stable company and joined Lusha only to be fired few weeks laters due to "department restructure". During the interview process, I've asked about the financial state of the company and about job safety and they assured me nothing like that would happen. also, they didn't even mention plans to restructure the department which means they either didn't know or didn't want to mention it (which is bad either way). Also, they are not organized and have a lot of code debt in strategic areas. To sum it all up, I'd 100% stay away if possible

Thank you very much for choosing to share your feelings. We understand the sentiment, but as a growing company we learn new things every day, change accordingly, and strive to be a better version of ourselves. At the time of your recruitment, we had not planned a structural change and, as was said even then, the company's financial situation is more than stable. The financial state was not a deciding factor in the restructuring, instead it was an increased awareness of a need to shift our delivery strategy. We deeply regret that this was the result of the change for you, but as a company, we are obliged to take into account many considerations and make the right decisions at each point in time. In any case, we wish you much success in your future endeavors.

Pros

Great PR and branding. Nice people.

Cons

A mess. Mid level management is super unprofessional. Lots of decision changes after work has been done. Tends to use cutting edge techs, but hiring the wrong people to work and build infra on top of it. Lots of money wasting for unnecessary infra and premium products. Organogram doesn't make any sense.
