Pros

Constantly improving bottom line which is a good trait of well managed companies. Company is also relatively transparent and senior management team is also well-versed and experienced. Benefits are good.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities due to company structure and low staff turnover rate (which is a good sign of staff retention). Wage is very average and that makes it hard to attract and retain good qualified staff.

Pros

Safety points program, some of your equipment is provided. For example they provide gloves, hard hats, wench bar, and a hammer. You can "buy" boots, coats, etc, with your safety points.

Cons

Low pay. The overtime is forced, they called it drafted. You will work 7 days a week, 11.5 a day, to the 80 hour maximum for the first year, maybe longer. Management is antagonistic to labor, in most cases. The trucks are dirty, and you will be moved from truck to truck until they see fit to assign you one. Maintenance on the trucks is poor, breakdowns are common.
