Antiquated systems & software ( 20-35yrs old) terrible top down communication, non existent senior management. Need for new blood, too many long time employees doing the same old things....new ideas

Pros

Lynden Inc as a whole is a very good company with a niche market that has little competition.

Cons

For Lynden international, there are way too many cons to list here, but will start with: Management - They are clueless on how to work in a global environment Franchise Ops - They steal revenue left and right form the company Sales - In international routed business is 40% of the revenue, yet they do nothing to groom relationships with those companies International partners - They burned their good partners a few years back for a crappy one now they have to start all over, but have no idea how to assemble a plan that will succeed. In general executive management takes care of the 15+ year employees. They can do no wrong, yet they are the majority of the problem, no vision, no working knowledge outside of the job they have done...Revenues slide down and they blame everyone but themselves...The company will be a revolving door until someone decides what they want to be, then hire someone (or bring someone back) from the outside that understands what it takes to build a successful organization and international program.
