      Great work life balance A new category that is growing and changing daily - for the better A CEO with amazing energy, drive and insight A company that truly believes that we need to delight our guests every chance we get The potential to knock this category into the the next wave of living

      Pros

      Since our HR team quit, it's now very easy to abuse our unlimited PTO policy. Good work life / balance.

      Cons

      Employees distrust founders and leaders. Culture has gone downhill. People are jumping ship. No transparency about decisions. Not progressing.

      Great coworkers, unprofessional leadership

      Pros

      The company has a great vision and a very promising business model. It is driven by very talented individuals in many functions, and has some very hard-working people executing on that vision. Employees work together to execute tough tasks. There is great teamwork on display.

      Cons

      The workplace is becoming worryingly dysfunctional. Politics at the top has filtered down into the rest of the organization, leading to an unhappy work environment for many members of our team. Micromanagement is everywhere. Many leaders do not trust their employees to execute. Employees are often blamed when things don't go according to plan, and leaders seem unwilling to accept feedback. Benefits are not particularly good.
