Pros

I love working with my team. Hands down, the group we have gathered to work together is great. I love the many different kinds of brains in the room. I learn something new everyday, and no one shames me for something I do not yet know. So far, we all bring each other up. Mgmt is very open and transparent. I see room and much possibility for my own growth and progress. I see much action behind many company aspirations as we grow. We get better every quarter, at least a little, at everything (from my POV).

Cons

Startup life moves fast. Pains come with growth. I think anyone who works here or who is interested in working here needs to come with some appreciation for how startup life is... breaking the mold means balancing your own expectations. The few things that irk me right now are literally because we are growing and in-process of moving from scrappy to standards and best practices. I'm vague about them because I think they are all getting better. Management is putting great tools in place - some of those tools are people, and I think we are hiring very well.

Pros

· We have market fit across multiple products with a lot of room to grow · Company is driven by its three core values · Focus has been put on the employees from the beginning · Exciting to work in both the digital and real space · Founders promote a design & data driven approach · Best work life balance I've experienced in Silicon Valley · Really open to experimenting, both on the products we build but also the processes we use on a day to day basis · Quarterly off-sites, weekly get togethers, stipends for both education and for going out to lunch with teammates (to get to know everyone better)

Cons

· Going through some growing pains as we scale the company · We have some big goals, and with our current size you need to wear many hats
