      Pros

      The amount of work and effort that everyone puts in here is inspiring. Everyone is always down to help with a project, no matter what their department or title may be. Not only that, but the room for growth is amazing!

      Cons

      It's currently a little cramped in our office due to such fast growth.

      Pros

      Parallel is a fast paced and hard working tech company in the travel industry. Every day that I come to work I learn something new from my innovative co-workers. Senior leaders listen to feedback and are very transparent about company direction and goals. When I first started working here, I was convinced that the product and vision of the company was the best in the industry. Over the short period of time I have been here, I have learned that it is not just the product and vision, but also the caliber of people who work here that makes the difference. Beyond that, the free snacks, free lunch, great office, and awesome benefits really round out the experience.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of real cons. The environment is very quick and if you're not used to that then it could be difficult.

      One of the most welcoming teams I've ever seen, lots of exciting projects and possibilities to take part in creating something new, amazing work-life-balance, data-driven processes and products

      Cons

      Still at an early stage and needs your commitment, you cannot just lay back and expect a daily routine but need to want to work independently.
