Pros

M.C. Dean will generally give you management leeway to complete your assignments as you see fit without too much interference.

Cons

There are currently too many Divisions and departments competeing against each other as profit centers. The service center business model MCD is currently using is too costly for the projects to make a reasonable profit.

The pay and benefits were extremely generous - if you're lucky enough to work in their corporate office you'll probably have a positive work environment.

Cons

The project I was working on had an 9-12 churn of personnel - MC Dean should have cut their losses and let another contractor bid on the project but they continued placating the customer and seemed to have a "run until failure" attitude.
