Great health, & 401 benefits. Understanding when employees need time off for family or health reasons. Great co-workers. Many training opportunities paid for in full by the company.
Cons
Inconsistant HR, career path planning, promotion, evaluation and merit increase policies. Varies by Divison/Department. Independant thinking usually gets micro-managed out of you by the long term managers. Newer division heads are more forward thinking and understand how good employee morale and professinalism increases productivity.
