Pros

Great pay and benefits, interesting work when you start, but don't get on the bad side of the founding owner or you are black listed.

Cons

Lack of communication, rumor mill is the only way your going to get information. HR tries hard to get information to employees but executives do not support those efforts. Owners and company directors (3) have total disconnect they don't have a clue nor care about what makes a great culture and environment. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Managers do not get clear direction.

Leaderless

Pros

Great benefits package, pretty good health insurance, compensation and bonuses. M3 seems to be a growing company that got in at the right moment.

Cons

Leaderless. M3's management style of a flat org chart leaves many feeling lack of direction. There is no clear chain of command or responsibility and the Procedures Manuals only seem to come up when it is time to blame someone for something gone wrong. It appears there is minimal training for the project managers. A common heard theme is "The M3 way of doing that...", but when you look into it, the M3 way is whatever the last PM did. The managers have not been trained to "guide" their clients, which leads to changing direction whenever the client team decides they've made a new decision. The push seems to be maximizing billable hours and progressing drawings, rather than making actual progress toward a complete project.
