Pros

Pretty office space to work in if you are near the Lawrenceville offices with many lovely colleagues.

Cons

M3 creates a dysfunctional place of employment for its employees. The Ops leadership has an aggressive and combative style of communication that is not well received, and is a weak strategist, adding to a sense of chaos in that department. Talent that can leave are applying out as the deficit is not being addressed satisfactorily. Salaries are also lower than industry standards, and salary bands are widely ignored within teams. Staff are exhausted from the inability to prioritize or plan properly for initiatives that come from higher-ups. Accountability rarely occurs where it should.

Pros

There were a lot of pros with the company prior to Blackstone’s acquisition. However, since the acquisition, the company has moved away from supporting its employees, treating them poorly, and they really do not understand what is going on on a day-to-day basis inside of the workplace.

Cons

There are a lot of cons. The president and CEO along with Blackstone are not taking care of their employees. The company is losing customers. There’s a lot of turnover. The culture has changed from being a strong family oriented environment to production based culture.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with M3. While we acknowledge the importance of competitive pay, we also believe there is significant value in fostering a positive workplace culture. The events, including food trucks, are designed to bring our teams together and build relationships. We believe these shared experiences contribute immensely to the overall well-being and collaboration between all employees. Bring Your Dog to Work Days, as well as many other events, are low-to-no cost, and the benefits far surpass not having the events. In considering budget distribution, we want to emphasize that the allocated amount per employee would be very insignificant. The rich experiences and relationships formed through our events greatly outweigh the per employee monetary value. We see the value of the hybrid schedule arrangement and are committed to supporting a balanced work-life experience. Events are always held on in-office days to bring you fun and enrichment during your work days. Participation is always optional. However, we hope that you enjoy the positive atmosphere our events bring, like many of our employees currently do. If you have further comments and concerns, we invite you to speak directly to our Chief HR Officer or Employee Engagement Ambassador. Thank you!
