      Pros

      They have a strong belief in doing what is right for their customers and employees. They have a great benefit package and the work environment is very easy going and comfortable.

      Cons

      Communication could be better between employees.

      This company truly cares for it's employees. M3 has the best products in the category and it shows! They have one of the best compensation packages I have ever seen. They put their employees first and that translates down to the clients in the service they are provided.

      There are no cons with working for this company.
