Pros

M3 is fanatical about customer satisfaction. If you are a hotelier looking for industry specific technology, designed and developed by hoteliers for hoteliers, then M3 is your place. If you are in IT, development or sales; especially with a hospitality background, I would encourage you to set an alert for M3 Accounting and find a way to start a career here. Compensation is competitive, benefits are outstanding and the leadership empowers and encourages success.

Cons

There are no downsides to M3. It truly is one of those great, American companies where a full day's work is rewarded with good pay and great benefits.

Pros

Benefits are incredibly generous. Executive Leadership has gone through some changes and the atmosphere is terrific now. Growth opportunities are numerous. Professional setting. Reverse commute is refreshing.

Cons

Salaries are competitive but not leading - but the benefits more than make up for the difference in Atlanta salaries. You have to like change and fast pace. This company has a lot to do and they are in a hurry to do it.

Pros

Benefits are some of the best out there. Company pays a significant portion of benefits especially health. there is also a pretty good profit sharing plan. You can learn a lot here. Coworkers for the most part were friendly. The best thing about this place however, was leaving.

Cons

Where do I start? When I was there, 2011-2013, the pay was low, the pressure was extremely high. You feel like your left arm can't talk to your right arm. Security is a high priority here which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but couple that with the feeling like you can be let go just for a simple mistake or two, and it is like walking on EGGSHELLS! People are in fear of their jobs here! You are expected to work your tail off and get very little thanks for it. I once worked a 25 hr shift with just a mere thank you from the president. However like I said if you screw up expect to get YELLED AT! - or WORSE YET - FIRED! Also beware of things happening behind your back here. If they don't like you it might be for something you don't know about. If you don't meet upper managements arbitrary expectations, you are OUT! Nevermind any personal hardships you might be facing. Very Militaristic style of management..If they say jump you better say how high and for how long!

I'm wondering if this employee went to HR or to the President if their direct supervisor or executive in charge wasn't responsive to his or her specific situation. This isn't the culture the company wants to create and some changes have been made fairly recently that have probably taken care of this type of experience. We have very low turnover historically and employees need to remember that sometimes reasons for termination are private - you can't always know the reasons someone is let go and you don't know the history.
