Pros

M3 USa has a great team leading it, offers a flexible work environment, and constantly puts challenging projects in front of its employees. M3 has offered me a change to grow.

Pros

Great benefits including work at home and pizza on Friday growing fast and my manager was amazing. Work was interesting and this was my first job out of college

Cons

Growing fast and I felt like I should'be paid more so I left for more money and learned money isn't everything.

Pros

I've worked for M3 for several years and I've been with the company as it's grown. M3 empowers employees to create their own success. There are high expectations, and in turn hard work is valued and rewarded. The work/life balance is fantastic, allowing flexible hours and the ability to work from home. The benefits package is excellent, a cut above what most employers offer. Management welcomes feedback and doesn't just provide lip service in return. There's a great spirit of teamwork and interaction among various departments. I've been very happy working for M3 for a long time, and hope to for a long time to come.

Cons

Getting stuck on the Turnpike can be a bit of a bear.
