Some executives are unprofessional and act like they can do or say whatever they want. Complaints are swept under the rug. Morale is very low.

Management plays favorites. They are clueless on how to manage people. When you make suggestions they gets offended. They have no formal training.Their training process is to give you a laptop, give you a territory and BAM- make calls. The goal setting favors some and not all. It is very unbalanced.Favoritism is rampant in this company. No one is treated fairly. Major attitudes in this company. I personally saw them terminate a sales rep who was consistently over goal for absolutely no reason. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can.
