Several people left this year due to burnout, managements reaction was cold. Priorities are shifting constantly so it's difficult to see projects through to completion

Toxic Leadership promotes a culture of paranoia and mistrust that trickles down to the roots. Decentralized business units, despite having a 'central services' causes infighting for minimal resource times and can lead to rapid and sometimes uncommunicated shifts in priorities. Long stay employees have learned don't help anyone cause when something goes wrong someone's getting voted off the island. Goals are vague and unattainable, feedback is similarly vague and unhelpful.
