Pros
The salary was nice. There used to be nice people, and there are a few left. I got to do cool things, and the clients are pretty intelligent and generally nice people.
Cons
- The people, leadership included, are under an insane amount of pressure. Leadership takes it out on the workers. It's a horrible work environment. Inhumane. Really terrible to work there. Vicious. Dramatic. Personal. Petty. Arrogant. - The other reviews which use words like "awful" and "wretched" and "nightmare" ... that's an understatement. - Lots of turnover. What's crazy is how long it takes people to find a job after they quit or get dumped. I see six months, nine, a year. Maana is breaking people. It's not normal. It's not okay. - Some other review said Maana's issues were "typical startup teething issues". Maana doesn't have "typical startup teething issues" any more than a man who beats and abuses his wife has "typical male communication issues". - The worst part about it all is that the Maana platform doesn't actually do what they say it does. Compared to how they sell it, it's vaporware. There's a lot more I could say. I could go on for days. Just... don't do it. Don't work for Maana. It's not worth it.
