      Pros

      Great benefits; decent pay; short commute; The staff are the strongest asset. Lots of hard working staff who are friendly and helpful. Can anybody really say they "love" their job? Any job is what you make it. There are good days and bad days, but overall my job is rewarding and I have met many people I consider friends.

      Cons

      There still seems to be a power struggle with Webster and Gilbert. Gilbert Management understands the market we are in both from a pricing structure and a customer service and support aspect. Just because "Plan A" worked for years in MA, doesn't mean that plan will work in AZ. Trust the Gilbert management team you have hired to make us successful.

      - Competitive Salaries - Generous benefit package - Great work atmosphere - Company is continuously growing - Location is off the beaten path, yet commutable from Providence, Boston, Worcester and nearby CT

      - Company is still in a major growth phase; so certain employee programs / benefits may not yet be available

      Pros

      Great Paid time off, competitive pay with opportunity for yearly merit raises. Awesome advancement opportunity. Lots of perks- discounts for local businesses in the area (and complimentary AAA membership!) The company even offers a bunch of activities- volunteer opportunities, a community food share, an employee garden, food trucks on sight, discounted trips, and holiday celebrations!

      Cons

      I'm sure all companies have ways they can improve themselves, I cannot think of any at the time.
